LEAD - Partner

Our work would not be possible without our corporate, foundation, and government partners. Thanks to their support, we are on track to establish an entire new generation of ethical and empathetic leaders.

Corporations

We partner with corporations that share our values, operate in sectors relevant to our core pillars (education, sport, nutrition, health, and life skills), and are committed to integrally weaving impact into the center of their business models. We view these relationships as mutually beneficial partnerships, not donor-beneficiary handouts.

Some ways our current corporate partners support our work include donating resources (money, technology, gifts in-kind, etc.), helping to raise awareness, contributing employee hours, matching employee contributions, and establishing revenue-sharing agreements on LEAD-branded products and services.

In exchange, we position our partners at the forefront of our global leadership movement. Some examples of ways we do this include:

Promoting their support in our communication materials and social media channels, reaching tens of thousands of people
Sharing access to a global network of high-profile individuals, athletes, and influencers
Providing leadership talks from our students and staff to partners’ employees (on a case-by-case basis)
Welcoming employees for in-person and virtual conversations with our student-athletes
Delivering impactful and quantifiable programs that partners can show they support

Foundations

Foundation support has been catalytic in the establishment and growth of LEAD Edu. We work with foundations whose missions and areas of focus align with ours, focusing specifically on at least one of the following: leadership, education, sport, health, nutrition, life skills, and youth development.

Governments

Our Hubs work closely with government officials in their jurisdictions to ensure all legal permits are obtained and up-to-date. In addition, we collaborate with governments from across the world to expand our programs and advance their humanitarian missions.

Organizations

We also partner with like minded nonprofits and organizations whose work aligns with and augments our model. Too often, the nonprofit world breaks down into silos with minimal collaboration. We aim to break that cycle by joining together with other social impact organizations.
