OUR MODEL
LEAD establishes, supports, and grows programs that empower future leaders. At present, we support LEAD Hubs and manage LEAD Learning.
LEAD HUBS
We help to establish LEAD Hubs across the globe to harness the potential of the world’s brightest and most talented children. Every LEAD Hub includes a full-time leadership academy – an accredited academic institution that combines high-quality education with elite sport training for boys and girls ages 8-18. In addition, LEAD Hubs offer programs for youth outside of the academy, including sport tournaments, STEM + Leadership camps, and more. LEAD Hubs are founded and run by local champions, ensuring they are deeply rooted in their local communities.

LEAD LEARNING
LEAD Learning expands our impact to thousands of children beyond LEAD Hubs. Together with global corporations, school districts, and place-based organizations, we deliver quality leadership content to primary and secondary students across the world. Our content encourages critical thinking and inspires children to dream big, introducing core leadership values and bringing those values to life through recent country-specific examples.
